Now you can enjoy the wonder of Jolly Holiday Lights from an entirely different perspective. Join us for Tour de Lights, a special one-night-only preview event that will let you walk, run, or bike your way through our winter wonderland.

There will be a small entry fee paid per person. Children under three are free. You'll also have the opportunity to raise money by getting pledges from friends, family, co-workers and neighbors for your efforts. Each participant that raises just $15 more in pledges will earn a long-sleeved Tour de Lights t-shirt.

It's a great excuse to get out of the house and benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation's efforts to grant wishes to Iowa children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Choose from walk/run routes of 1.5 or 3.5 miles or bike routes of 3.5 or 14 miles. Avid bikers will enjoy the 14-mile route that starts downtown and utilizes a trail to get you to Water Works Park.
